Tire life:

Ozone in the air and UV rays from the sun shorten the life of your tires. It is not uncommon to see RV tires with low mileage and plenty of tread that are ruined by the harmful effects of ozone and UV rays. Ozone in the air makes tires dry putrefaction and decay, and the sun's UV rays to happen faster. This is especially true of the tire sidewall. Inspect the tires control or cracks in the sidewalls. If you notice any damage the tires inspected by a professional. There are basically two ways to protect your tires of these elements. Keep them covered with covers that will block sunlight when not in use, or for long term storage remove the tires and keep them in one place dry, cool and away from sunlight. We also recommend that you place something like a piece of wood between the ground and tires. Make sure that everything is bigger use that the footprint of the tire.

Water Heater By-Pass Kit:

A water heater bypass kit can save six gallons of antifreeze, when time for winter ita drive. You drain the water heater, put it in bypass mode and the coolant does not pass through the tank and goes directly to the lines of water. Musty odors:

When your RV is closed or in storage, can get a musty smell of damp inside. To help prevent this from happening invest in some Maxx air vent covers. They are easy to install or have your dealer RV install. It forms part of the existing vent covers in his trailer and let you leave the vents open, even if it were to rain ITA. Exploitation Deposits:

As an RV is in storage, if you will not at the start of the unit, or not be able to start, buy some fogging oil from a chandlery shop to protect the cylinder walls. When unit stationed where it will be stored, spray fogging oil into the engine intake downstream from the air filter with the engine at idle. Complete the same steps on the generator. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Caution: Do not use this product in a diesel engine.
